About the Course

Blueprint.Ph offers communication training and capacity building workshops that will equip agencies and organizations to roll out their communication plans and strategies. It starts with the introduction of the importance of having a communication message house and a well-planned implementation and distribution plans. The second part of the workshop is a full social media capacity building training that will guide participants in what they need to know in setting and implementing a social media strategy such as measuring performance through analytics, determining how to add value to content and get the attention and interest of the target audience, and guides in designing graphics and writing content. Furthermore, the workshop introduces tools that will help their team create a more engaging set up such as an efficient responder using messenger, their own online banking app, different social listening tools to measure their performance and their opponents, and many others. Crisis communication will also be introduced as part of the workshop.

The main objective of this workshop is: Build capacities for government staff and agencies to produce a sound, relevant, manageable communication strategies particularly on social media communication.
