Richard "Dick" Juico Gordon Sr.
Gordon served as Mayor of Olongapo from 1980 to 1986 and from 1988 to 1993. He gained popularity when he was appointed as Chairman of Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA). In 2001, he was appointed as Secretary of the Department of Tourism. In 2004 he became a Senator until 2010. He ran for President in 2010 but lost and got re-elected to the Senate in 2016. Gordon is also chairman and CEO of the Philippine Red Cross since 2004.
