Upon the duration of the training, the following are some protocols the trainees/participants should follow:
- No Streaming/recording/sharing while the training is on-going
- Only the Zoom host can record the training. This is to respect the participants who paid and registered to attend the training and respect the desire of those who do not wish to have their faces, names, comments, etc. to appear in social media platforms.
- Zoom webinars/conferences etiquette
- Use the video option always (on-cam) – It lets the trainers, speakers, and your co-participants see you engage and participate during the training—one form of an interactive online discourse.
- Stay on mute if you’re not talking – To avoid background noise and if no one’s sharing anything at the moment, let’s stay our audio on mute so your co-participants can hear the trainers or speakers well.
- Stay focused, engaged, and participate in the training – We have prepared a jam-packed line up of topics with trained speakers, workshops, and interactive games so be prepared to participate and take part in this training
